At CASA, we believe that every child deserves a safe and permanent home. The mission of Court Appointed Special Advocates of Ulster County (CASA) is to improve the lives of abused, abandoned and neglected children in Ulster County. Our professionally trained volunteers provide a strong voice in Family Court to ensure that these children are no longer victimized and their time in foster is temporary.
